A Day To Remember On Lake Superior

Ted Golisek & Frank Nelc"Captain Mitch Mattson honored my Dad in so many ways. He knew this fishing trip was very special, so he took us out to a local fishing hole where Dad could handle the size of the fish. Dad met his limit. We had been out to Stannard Rock the year prior, but Dad couldn't have handled the trip out there, nor the fish or fishing. At Stannard Rock, the fish would have been way too big, too many, and the trip too long. For this trip, we just wanted a couple of hours or so out on Lake Superior fishing. We thought it would have been nice for Dad to catch his limit, but it didn't matter. We got all that and more. Thanks, Captain Mitch!" Read the story about the last fishing trip.
